Summary: Pursuant to RCW 80.24.010, decreases 2003 regulatory fees for every electrical, gas, water, telecommunications, and irrigation companies subject to regulation by the Commission to one-tenth of one percent of the first fifty thousand dollars of gross operating revenue, plus .185 of one percent of any gross operating revenue in excess of fifty thousand dollars. The fee in no case will be less than one dollar.
