Summary: Revises Tariff WN U-45, by updating the state tariff credit as a result of a decrease in the federal Subscriber Line Charge (SLC) from $5.82 to $5.80, effective October 1, 2013. This revision is necessary to continue to comply with the Washington Telephone Assistance Program local service rate of $8.00 per month. The Tribal Lifeline benefit is also updated due to the decrease in the Federal SLC.
