Summary: Revises Tariff WN U-28 by canceling Schedule 64 and replacing it with a new Schedule 65, Interconnection Standards; revising Schedule 63, Net Metering Option; and revising Schedule 97, Renewable Generation Incentives. These revisions implement the technical and administrative requirements of the Commission's amended interconnection rule, WAC 480-108, and General Order R-571. They also double the maximum allowable net metering capacity on the company's system and extend the production incentives through 2020 as required by RCW 80.60.020(1)(a).
