Summary: This line extension agreement is for water distribution main and related operating equipment and appurtenances to provide water to the Hudson Heights building complex being constructed. Costs for the line extension shall be borne by the developer. Developer shall convey to Rainier View Water Company the line extension and appurtenances. All work done by developer shall be built to Rainier View’s construction standards and shall be subject to passing inspection by Rainier View’s engineer prior to acceptance. The company serves approximately 17,500 residential and non-residential customers on 26 water systems in Pierce County and on two water systems in Kitsap County.
