Summary: This line extension agreement is between Manson Construction Co. and Washington Water Service Company for the extension of the water main of the Sea Cliff Water System in Pierce County. All costs for this line extension will be borne by Manson Construction Co. Once construction is completed and all payments have been made by Manson Construction Co., the contributed facilities will be transferred to Washington Water Service Company.
