Summary: This line extension agreement is between Plats Financial Group, LLC and Washington Water Service Company for the extension of the water main of the Peacock Hill Water System to serve the Darby Down subdivision in Pierce County. All costs for this line extension will be borne by Plats Financial Group, LLC. Once construction is completed and all payments have been made by Plats Financial Group, LLC, the contributed facilities will be transferred to Washington Water Service Company.
