Summary: Revise Tariff WN U-3 to remove Hot Line, Warm Line and Repeat Dialing (Pay Per Use) services which have no customers due to a network upgrade which will not support these services. Repeat Dialing will still be available on a monthly flat rate basis with no change in the rate. In addition, rename Combination Main Station Service which has no customers to Off Premise Extension to standardize the language across all TDS companies. The provisioning of this service through the central office will no longer be offered through the central office after October 7, 2016. Customers were notified in their September bills of these changes.
