Summary: Revises Tariff WN U-2, to establish a new line extension policy – Rule No. 6, Extension of Distribution Facilities. Rule No. 6 uses the perpetual net present value method to calculate margin allowances for customer line extensions and clarifies the requirements to recieve a margin allowance. The present gas line extension, Rule No. 7, will not apply to new customers when Rule No. 6 is in effect. Housekeeping changes to other affected schedules and rules are updated where appropriate.
