Summary: Notice to the Commission, pursuant to WAC 480-120-083(2)(a), of Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC's discontinuation of its “1-800 Calling Card” services. Of the existing 174 customers that were notified during the month of June, all of them will have access to other options from other service providers. The cessation of these catalogued services means that they will no longer be provided after September 1, 2017.
