Summary: General rate increase in non municipal solid waste Item 230 disposal fees. On April 1, 2018, per-ton disposal fees for CDL Waste, Industrial Processing Waste, and Foundry Casting Slag at the Graham Road Recycling and Disposal Facility will increase from $40.32 to $43.14, from $30.88 to $33.04, and from $21.93 to $23.47, respectively. This rate increase has no affect on residential customers.
