Summary: This line extension agreement is for water distribution main and related operating equipment and appurtenances to provide water to the Ridge at Southwood Div. II development being constructed. Costs for the line extension and related operating equipment shall be borne by the developer. Developer shall convey to Rainier View Water Company the line extension and appurtenances. The company serves approximately 17,700 residential and non-residential customers on 26 water systems in Pierce County and on two water systems in Kitsap County.
