Summary: Revises Tariff No. WN U-75, Schedule 191, System Benefits Charge, to decrease the rate charged to customers for the recovery of conservation program expenditures. This is a mid-year adjustment, in accordance with the direction provided by the Commission at its July 26, 2018, Open Meeting. If approved, a residential customer using approximately 1,200 kWh per month will see a bill decrease of approximately $0.44 per month.
