Summary: Line extension agreement for water distribution main and related operating equipment and appurtenances to serve the small development known as Warren Drive Extension. Costs for the line extension and related operating equipment to provide service to two equivalent residential units shall be borne by the property owner, and the property owner shall convey to Rainier View Water Company the line extension and all appurtenances. This agreement includes a 5-year latecomer’s pro-rata provision. The company serves approximately 17,800 residential and non-residential customers on 26 water systems in Pierce County and on two water systems in Kitsap County.
