Summary: Establishes three new initial Tariffs (WN U-7, WN U-16, and WN U-17) to provide Exchange Area Maps, Intrastate Access, and Local Exchange services, respectively. These initial tariffs include the rates, rules, and regulations of the old Frontier (Inc.) tariffs which the new Frontier (LLC) dba “Ziply Fiber” previously adopted and is now incorporating as its own in compliance with WAC 480-80-133(5).
