Summary: Revisions to Tariff WN U-3 discontinues obsolete copper-based services with zero subscribers and grandfathers some older copper-based services that are utilized. Discontinued services include: Business Key Trunk Service, PBX Access Trunk, Paystation Access Line, Optional Calling Service-Toll PAC, LD Call Waiting, DS1, Digital transport. Six services are being discontinued, however, current subscribers and subscribers without access to fiber based services, are grandfathered and will have continued access.
