Summary: Implements changes to Schedule 95, Power Cost Adjustment (PCA), and Schedule 139, Green Direct. These changes were reviewed as part of the PCA Annual Report in Docket UE-210300 but the changes were not implemented as a part of that filing. This update implements the terms of Order 01 from that docket by (1) extending the PCA rates in Schedule 95 from December 1, 2021, through December 31, 2022, to recover the $48.4 million customer deferral balance in the PCA mechanism; and (2), creating a Supplemental Energy Charge Credit in PSE’s electric Schedule 139 to refund Green Direct Phase 1 customers so that they do not pay a share of the power cost imbalance in November and December 2020.
