On January 1, 2023, disposal fees will increase from $154.02 per ton to $168.68 per ton at the King County Solid Waste Disposal Facilities. Also includes a Commodity Price Adjustment retaining 50 percent of the revenue received for the sale or recyclable commodities in accordance with the King County Revenue Sharing Plan, and a $1.13 increase (credit decrease from $2.15 to $1.02) per month for residential recycling customers in King County. The Company serves approximately 18,000 garbage and recycling customers in King and County.The Company’s last general rate case became effective March 1, 2021.
