Summary: Revises Tariff No.WN U-1 to increase the rate from $19.50 per month to $22.60 per month for residential local exchange services. On an intrastate basis, the proposed monthly increase is $3.10 for residential service. As part of this filing, the Company also proposes to eliminate the monthly federal access recovery charge of $3.00 for residential access lines. On a regulated basis, the net increase is $0.10 per access line per month. Once taxes and surcharges are accounted for this will decrease customer rates by $0.87 per month.
