Summary: Notice of Service Change in Washington state, discontinuance of basic local exchange services to residential and small business customers. Approximately 190 residential customers and 8 small business customers throughout the state need to transition to new services or new providers before December 31, 2023. The Company currently offers this service by reselling the ILEC service, as such each customer has the capability to transition to the ILEC if they want to keep this service.
