Summary: Less than statutory notice request for Tariff revisions of Tariff No. 10.1 for a rate increase of item 230 disposal fees. On January 1, 2025, drop box disposal fees, set by Waste Management, at the Graham Road Recycling & Disposal Facility will increase from $50.10 per ton to $52.20 per ton. This is an infrequently used alternate disposal site. Annual drop box disposal revenues and expenses would increase by approximately $100 (0.1 percent). The Company serves approximately 24 drop box customers in Lincoln and Adams Counties. The Company’s last general rate increase became effective on July 1, 2023.
