Procedural History
Complaint Mar. 27, 2025: The commission issued a Complaint and Notice of Prehearing Conference alleging violations of state law, federal law, and administrative rule that resulted in a Liquified Natural Gas (“LNG”) release, ignition, and fire, as well as injuries to several workers, including one fatality.
