Summary: LSN request proposing amendment of WUTC Tariff No. 9, prior to hearing to establish rates for the transportation of ice cream in refrigerated trailers between points in Zone 6. Proposed rates are: $125 per truckload, per one-way trip for the first three loads in a day, $90 per load for each load after the first three loads, minimum charge per day $250. Rates to become effective February 12, 1994, subject to a 60-day protest period.
