| Summary | Request to replace WECA as the administrator of the Data Distribution Center (DDC) under the industry plan with Craig J. Phillips, CPA, who oversaw WECA's performance of those DDC administrative functions. The major signatories, CenturyLink and Frontier, state this change will not result in any changes to the DDC administrative functions provided by Mr. Phillips. It is anticipated that WECA's pooling will terminate in the first quarter of 2016. To ensure a smooth transition, this amendment to the DDC agreement was signed and filed with the commission on October 14, 2015, and the parties respectfully request approval before December 1, 2015. |
