  • 06/07/1996 -- Accepted (Accepted with the following conditions: 1) The pricing in these special contracts, including but not limited to the unbundled rate elements, establishes no precedent in future proceedings. The merits of the unbundled pricing methodology shall be addressed in the Company's pending Schedule 48 filing (Docket UE-960696). 2) The difference between the rates charged in the Georgia Pacific special contract, and the effecctive tariff rates that would otherwise be applicable to the customers, shall be borne by shareholders; any shift of lost margins to other customer classes can only be recovered, if at all on a prospective basis and after a general rate case. 3) Any revenue differential between appropriate tariff rates and the special contract rates addressed by the Commission in Docket UE-960612 shall be reflected as restating adjustments in regulatory reports during the term of the special contract, unless ordered otherwise by the Commission. 4) Commission staff, Public Counsel and the Company shall develop an appropriate procedure for Puget to make additional information on the special contract price elements available during the term of the agreements. 5) After the expiration of the five year power sales agreement, the customer shall have no expectation of access to power resources that it otherwise may be entitled to under RCW 80.28.110.)
