- 02/27/2002 -- Approved (Commissioner Oshie moved to approve the application requesting Commission authorization of the sale and transfer of certain facilities located in or around the Seattle-Tacoma International (Sea-Tac) Airport to the Port of Seattle, and also further moved that the Commission include in its order that the Company has agreed that the use of the proceeds of the sale would not be used to pay off operating losses, it would not be used to pay dividends to the parent company, and it would not be used to pay principal and interest onto its shareholder creditors. Also, the regulatory treatment of any gain as well as the prudency of the use of proceeds, would be addressed in the Company's general rate case in Docket TO-011472. Commissioner Hemstad seconded the motion. The motion carried (3:0).)
