- 06/16/2003 -- Approved (Commissioner Oshie moved with regard to the petitioning companies Stan Efferding, d/b/a Vilaire, BG Enterprises, and Tel Wel Communications, LLC, as well as Z-Tel Communications, Inc., and Phone Solutions, Inc., to waive WAC 480-122-020 (corrected the Section reference for 120 to 122) until August 1, 2003. Also waiver the anti-slaming rules WAC 480-120-139 until August 1, 2003, pertaining only to the WTAP customers that are transferred from the petitioning companies to Verizon Northwest, or Qwest Corporation or Sprint Communications Company. Also included in the order the duty to notify the customers of the availability of the WTAP program and the requirement that Stan Efferding, d/b/a Vilaire BC Enterprises, d/b/a Grizzly Telephone, and Tel West Communications, LLC, would provide appropriate information to the ILECs and continue service for 30 days. Commissioner Hemstad seconded the motion. The motion carried (3:0).)
