| Summary | Pursuant to RCW 80.24.010, increases 2004 regulatory fees for every electrical, gas, water, telecommunications, and irrigation company subject to regulation by the Commission to one-tenth of one percent of the first fifty thousand dollars of gross operating revenue, plus .19 of one percent of any gross operating revenue in excess of fifty thousand dollars. The minimum regulatory fee is twenty dollars ($20). A fee of less than twenty dollars ($20) is waived. |
