Application for the sale and transfer of the Rimrock Water System (Rimrock DOH ID # 01916K) from Gamble Bay Water, Inc., to Peoples Creek Water Group. This application is filed in compliance with the Snohomish County Superior Court's Order No. 05-2-0736-6 Authorizing Implementation of Plan for Disposition of Public Water System, issued March 31, 2006. Peoples Creek Water Group is a homeowners association formed to provide water service to its members. The commission does not now regulate Peoples Creek Water Group and this transaction will not make it jurisdictional. Rimrock is the last water system owned by Gamble Bay Water, Inc. Gamble Bay Water, Inc., currently has no customers or utility plant and does not intend to remain in the water business. Gamble Bay Water, Inc., asks the commission to remove it from regulation and cancel its tariffs. |
