Summary: Offers a waiver to all residence and business customers who, during the promotion period of July 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010, change their local toll and/or long distance provider from Verizon Northwest Inc. or New Communications Online and Long Distance Inc. to any other provider. Qualifying customers will receive a waiver of the nonrecurring IntraLATA Primary Exchange carrier (IPIC) and/or Primary InterLATA Carrier (PIC) Change Charge.
