Under the Bankruptcy Order Approving Sale issued January 26, 2011, GC Pivotal, LLC would purchase substantially all of the assets of GCD. GCD is a registered telecommunications company providing resold and facilities-based local exchange and/or interexchange services in the State of Washington.
