Peninsula Sanitation Service, Inc. revises Tariff No. 15, Item 230 disposal fees for drop box service to become effective on less-than-statutory notice on October 1, 2011. The rates charged per the Memorandum of Understanding between the company, Pacific County, the cities of South Bend and Raymond and the Royal Heights Transfer Stations have increased the per ton disposal fee from $98.98 to $100.58 per ton. The company serves 4,800 solid waste customers in Pacific County of which about 15 drop-box customers are affected by this increase. |
