- 12/10/2012 -- Close (PaeTec is ceasing to provide service to its end-use reseller Navigator Telecommunications, Inc. Navigator has ceased providing service in Washington, and has been dissolved in other states. All attempts to contact Navigators end-use customer has been attempted, but to no avail. At this time, staff is recommending that Consumer Protection/Compliance go through the process of revoking Navigators authority to provide service in Washington. (per Kristen Rusell))
