Proposed general rate increase for garbage collection to reflect the 2013 Collection Fee ($169,963) imposed on the company by Douglas County, and to increase Item 230 Disposal Fees to recover increased disposal fees. On January 1, 2013, disposal fees, set by the Chelan-Douglas County Health Board, will increase from $56.00 per ton to $57.00 per ton at the Greater Wenatchee Landfill and from $70.20 per ton to $71.20 per ton at the Wenatchee Transfer Station.
