Summary: NOTE: This item will be heard on Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at 9:30 a.m., in the Commission's Hearing room, Room 206. Representatives of the Gas Technology Institute (GTI) of Des Plains, Illinois, will be in Olympia, and have offered to provide commissioners and staff with an informational presentation. GTI will provide an overview of its programs such as energy efficiency and pipeline safety research and development, as well as a look at specific technologies that GTI has developed. Because all three commissioners have indicated an interest in attending, the commission has decided to provide notice of this presentation under the Open Public Meetings Act. Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting.
