Summary: Updates Schedule No. 37 in its Tariff WN U-75. Schedule 37 applies to any person or entity, who owns Qualifying Facilities the output of which is offered to the Company pursuant to WAC 480-107-095(1) and WAC 480-107-095(2) and is 2 MW or less. The Company's current avoided cost prices and Schedule 37 became effective on February 28, 2013. Since that time, resource requirements, natural gas prices and market prices have changed, as have the Company's avoided costs. The proposed tariff sheets for Docket UE-132339 contain an effective date of February 28, 2014.
