Summary: Revises Tariff WN U-49, by updating the state tariff credit as a result of an increase in the federal Subscriber Line Charge (SLC) from $5.80 to $5.81, effective October 1, 2014. This revision is necessary to continue to comply with the Washington Telephone Assistance Program local service rate of $8.00 per month. The Tribal Lifeline benefit is also updated due to the increase in the federal SLC.
