Summary: Annual Review of all federal High Cost Eligible Telecommunications Carriers' certifications and reports pursuant to WAC 480-123-060, 070, and 080. Staff recommends the Executive Director and Secretary sign the letter and the attachments for each company, and send those copies to both the Federal Communications Commission and the Universal Service Administrative Company. Annual High Cost Federal support funds for Washington High Cost support in 2015, is approximately $73 million.
