Revises Tariff WN U-60, Schedule 85 - Line Extensions and Service Lines based upon Puget Sound Energy's most recent cost study. The margin allowances are also updated based on PSE's most recent Cost-of-Service study from Docket UE-111048. To avoid rate-shock, this update reflects only 50 percent of the proposed rates in PSE's cost study. Finally, PSE has included language about the allowable length of line extensions and service lines. The rates are effective in the Tariff on September 1, 2015. Staff and PSE have agreed to work together to update the cost-study method for 2016. |
