Summary: Developer-financed water service agreement for service to phase I of development consisting of twelve single family residences and two three-unit townhouses. Costs for the line extension shall be borne by the developer. Developer shall convey to water purveyor the line extension and appurtenances. All work done by developer shall be built to purveyor’s construction standards and shall be subject to passing inspection prior to acceptance. South Bainbridge serves about 1,250 customers, on the south end of Bainbridge Island in Kitsap County.
