Original Sheet 149, Backup and Supplemental Compressed Natural Gas Service. Introduces a new service for compressed natural gas (CNG) to fleet operators for backup and supplemental CNG services. The initial retail rate of $2.22 per Gas Gallon Equivalent (GGE) includes recovery of actual gas costs, fixed CNG station costs, operation and maintenance costs, billing expenses and fuel taxes. Currently two fleet operators qualify for this service with estimated annual usage of 8,000 Gas Gallon Equivalents, about 10,200 therms of natural gas. CNG fleet operators must sign a contract to receive service on this tariff. |
