Developer-financed water service agreement for service to a single family residence, costs for the line extension will be borne by the developer. All work will be consistent with the company’s construction standards and is subject to inspection by the company prior to acceptance. Once accepted, the developer will convey to the company the line extension and appurtenances. The agreement provides for an eight-year late comer agreement allowing payback of a pro-rata share of the line extension costs as others connect to the line extension.
