WAC 480-107, in relation to the solar resources selected in Pacific Power & Light Company’s 2015 Integrated Resource Plan; subject to the condition that Pacific Power & Light Company shall incorporate a market reliance risk assessment into its 2017 Integrated Resource Plan.
