Affiliated interest agreement between Avista Corporation (Avista) and Steam Plant Square LLC (Steam Plant) and Court Yard Office Center, LP (Court Yard), both are affiliates of Avista. In this agreement Steam Plant and Court Yard purchase an interest in the production capability of twelve specific solar photovoltaic panels located in Avista's Community Solar Array. Community Solar enables participants to obtain the benefits of solar through a centralized, community-based array. The terms of the purchase are commensurate with the contracts with other participants in the Community Solar Array. |
