The increase is caused by the implementation of Seattle City Ordinance 124490 (Seattle Minimum Wage Ordinance). The petition for exemption is from portions of WAC 480-07-520 (4). Eastside serves approximately 10,400 residential recycling customers in King County. The company’s last general rate increase became effective April 1, 2015. |
