The tariff revision would generate approximately $23,500 (0.3 percent) additional annual revenue to recover the $3.92 per ton increase in the processing fee. The increase is caused by the implementation of Seattle City Ordinance 124490 (Seattle Minimum Wage Ordinance). Lynnwood serves approximately 16,800 residential recycling customers in King County. The company’s last general rate increase became effective August 1, 2012. |
