The tariff revision would generate approximately $30,000 (0.3 percent) additional annual revenue to recover the $3.92 per ton increase in the processing fee. The increase is caused by the implementation of Seattle City Ordinance 124490 (Seattle Minimum Wage Ordinance). Fiorito serves approximately 22,500 residential recycling customers in King County. The company’s last general rate increase became effective July 1, 2015.

01/28/2016 -- Allowed (Disposition: Commissioner Rendahl moved to: 1) Issue orders exempting each of the following dockets, TG-122369, TG-152371, TG-152374, and TG-152383, from portions of the work paper requirements of WAC 480-07-520(4). 2) Allow the revision to the filed affiliate agreement with Rabanco, LTD, to process residential recycling from $68.39 per ton to $72.31 per ton. 3) Allow the recovery of an increase in processing fees reflected in revised residential recycling tariffs filed on December 17, 2015, revised on January 20, 2016, to become effective February 1, 2016, by operation of law.
