Increases the monthly Residential One Party local exchange rate in the Asotin exchange from $17.20 to $18.00 and the Anatone exchange from $16.00 to $18.00. Also increase the Total Talk package from $29.05 to $29.85 in Asotin and from $27.55 to $29.55 in Anatone. All increases are effective May 1, 2016. This filing puts the company in compliance with the “urban rate floor” provision of the Federal Communications Commission’s Universal Service Fund/Intercarrier Compensation Reform Order 11-161. The annual effect of the filing will increase revenues by approximately $3,900. The filling also removes tariff language referencing the Washington Telephone Assistance Program and Telephone Relay Service excise tax that was discontinued. |
