Summary: Revises Tariff WN U-49, Section 5.2.1, updating the terms and conditions for the Lifeline, Tribal Lifeline, and Tribal Link Up service offerings consistent with the FCC's current rules and orders. Specifically, carriers will no longer receive Lifeline reimbursement for wholesale services to resellers, and incumbents are therefore no longer required to offer their Lifeline services to resellers after August 15, 2016. Additionally, eligibility requirements for retail customers are clarified and generalized for use with all five CenturyLink ILEC entities in Washington.
