Summary: Revise Tariff WN U-4 to rename Combination Main Station Service to Off Premise Extension to standardize the language across all TDS companies. Current customers are not impacted by this change; however, the provisioning of this service through the central office will no longer be offered after October 7, 2016 due to a network upgrade which will not support this service. There is no change in rates and customers were notified in their September bills.
