Summary: Affiliated interest agreement between Avista Corporation d/b/a Avista Utilities (Avista) and Spirae, LLC (Spirae). Spirae will provide software, hardware, and services that will allow Avista to operate the Turner Energy Storage Project in conjunction with distributed energy resources in a utility microgrid. The Spirae services will help determine the optimal economic application of the energy storage asset.
